Subject: Unfair increase of maintaince charge Without any intimation to members of E5 block chouhan Green Valley.

Respected sir,
We all residents and flat owners of E5 block chouhan green valley, Bhilai, we all members accept to pay maintenance charge said by you 800+ gst as per the agreement but it is observed that maintenance for the other block and bunglows are different and lower than what you asking from our block, maintenance charge has to be the same for all members of the colony as per the area they are using. In our E5 block only you taking few members 600+ gst and you are forcing few members to pay 800+ gst which is unfair and unacceptable. If you want us to pay 800+ gst kindly give proper written notice to all colony members regarding increase of maintenance charge we will also accept the same and pay 800+ gst as new maintenance charge.

We request you kindly look into this matter as many of the E5 block members has hold back of paying maintenance charge due information coming from your end that maintenance charge is increased, we all members has ask you to provide the list of flat members maintenance charge increased ,but maintenance department has deny us to provide the list of members of E5 Block whose maintenance charge is increased.

Do not force us to take this matter further to Rera and consumer forum to know what is the chhattisgarh government policy and laws about maintenance charge to be taken from flat owners while the property is under the builder maintenance and it is the responsibility of builder to take care it's members untill the building is handover to the society members.
